I stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room and found the atmosphere welcoming with clean accommodations. I encountered some issues, including the coffee machine being difficult to operate without instructions and the absence of food options. The staff were helpful, but clearer breakfast arrangements would have enhanced my experience.

Had a proper lovely stay here! The staff were mint, proper helpful makin’ sure I was comfy. The room was spotless with cracking sheets. Only downside was the brekkie was a bit off, looked like it’d been sittin’ about a bit too long. But overall, I'd return!

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay.
I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for two nights, and I encountered several issues. The room was a bit chilly on the first night due to broken heating, which made it uncomfortable. the breakfast arrangements were vague, leading to confusion about pre-ordering options. Unfortunately, the sink was rather small, adding to my inconvenience.

Cozy retreat with delightful cuisine
Staying at The Fleur De Lys Hotel was a charming experience. The warmth of the old inn, complemented by incredibly comfortable bedding and soft towels, made it feel like a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality meals. the dinner I had at the pub was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The atmosphere created by the friendly staff, including their lovable dog, added to the overall enjoyable vibe.
The breakfast situation left much to be desired. While there were instructions for a nearby café, they were unclear and ultimately led to frustration as I was unable to find it. After an unsuccessful search, I had to seek breakfast options elsewhere, which was somewhat disappointing. a bit more clarity on the coffee machine usage would have saved me some hassle.

We enjoyed a wonderful experience with a warm family atmosphere, amazing food at the pub restaurant, and high-quality rooms that truly felt like a four-star stay. The welcoming staff treated us like family, making our time memorable.
While most aspects were excellent, the breakfast could have been improved for freshness and presentation.
